Team Lead: Nick Rinn

Nick Rinn is a PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer, Public Safety Diver Instructor and an Underwater Criminal Investigator.  Nick got scuba certified in 1987 when he was just 13 years old. Having spent time traveling around the country helping with multiple search and recovery teams locate missing persons and vehicles, Nick has developed a passion for underwater criminal investigation and search, rescue and recovery techniques.

Oregon Rescue Divers, a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, stands at the forefront of aquatic safety and emergency response. Committed to our mission of enhancing public safety through underwater expertise, we operate with the utmost transparency and accountability. As a non-profit entity, every donation we receive directly fuels our initiatives to bolster community safety. Your support enables us to conduct specialized training programs for our dedicated rescue divers, procure state-of-the-art equipment for underwater operations, and implement outreach programs to educate communities on water safety.
